Schneider Electric cerca un Field Technical Specialist per garantire l’esecuzione tecnica dei progetti e l’implementazione delle soluzioni sul campo. Sarai il punto di contatto tecnico sul posto, coordinando attività con clienti, fornitori e team di progetto, assicurando conformità a standard e sicurezza.

Si richiede laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica o equivalente e buona conoscenza dell’inglese. Offriamo contratto a tempo indeterminato, auto aziendale e opportunità di crescita in un contesto

Competenze

• Diploma tecnico nel campo elettrico/elettronico/automazione o equivalente e relativa esperienza
• Laurea triennale/magistrale in Ingegneria Elettrica, Energetica, Automazione o disciplina correlata
• Esperienza in sistemi elettrici, distribuzione di energia o installazioni industriali
• Esperienza nella gestione di attività onsite, collaudi o progetti di field engineering
• Buona padronanza dell'inglese; altre lingue sono un plus

Mansioni

• Supportare processi di tender e valutazioni tecniche sul sito
• Sviluppare e rivedere soluzioni tecniche, specifiche e documentazione di progetto
• Coordonare installazione, avviamento e collaudi presso i clienti
• Gestire attività onsite con clienti, subappaltatori e team interni
• Fornire supporto tecnico durante collaudi e risoluzione problemi
• Monitorare esecuzioni e budget sul campo
• Interfacciarsi tecnicamente con i clienti durante l’esecuzione
• Lavorare con i project manager per allineare attività onsite agli obiettivi
• Segnalare avanzamenti e rischi di progetto

MissionEnsure the successful technical execution of projects and the professional implementation of solutions. The Field technical specialist acts as the primary technical point of contact on-site, coordinating all field activities and ensuring that project objectives, customer requirements, technical standards, and safety regulations are achieved. This role requires a strong field presence, frequent travel, and close collaboration with customers, project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

What will you do?

• Support the tendering and proposal preparation process, including technical assessments and site surveys.
• Develop and review technical solutions, specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.
• Supervise and coordinate installation, commissioning, testing, and start‑up activities at customer sites.
• Manage on‑site activities by working closely with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Provide hands‑on technical support during commissioning and troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Monitor project execution in the field, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, safety, and performance targets.
• Act as the primary technical interface with customers during site execution, translating customer needs into practical actions and solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure alignment between on‑site activities and overall project objectives.
• Report project progress, identify risks and mitigation actions, and support effective project communication.
• Monitor site‑related costs and support budget control activities throughout project execution.
• Travel frequently across national locations to support project implementation and customer operations.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Technical High School Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or equivalent) combined with relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in electrical systems, power distribution, industrial installations, or related engineering environments.
• Experience managing on‑site activities, commissioning, start‑up, or field engineering projects.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, engineering documentation, and industry standards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a dynamic site environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer‑facing abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
• Availability and willingness to travel frequently.
• Proactive attitude, flexibility, autonomy, and results‑oriented mindset.
