Barry Callebaut is seeking a field-based professional to develop and support B2B customers in the gourmet artisan channel across Italy. You will provide in-depth technical and application expertise for cocoa, chocolate and bakery ingredients, guiding recipe optimization and process improvements in collaboration with Sales, R&D and Marketing.

Ideal candidates bring pastry/bakery/chocolate production experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel within the region to support

Competenze

• Professional background in pastry, bakery, or chocolate production with strong technical expertise.
• Italian native speaking and willingness to travel.
• Understanding of industrial and semi-industrial production processes is required.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage B2B customers within the gourmet artisan channel, leveraging the existing network.
• Provide technical and application support on cocoa, chocolate, pastry and bakery ingredients, including troubleshooting and process improvement.
• Bridge between R&D, Commercial and Marketing, supporting product development, trials and customization.
• Support sales through customer visits, technical presentations, demos and applied trials, including scale-up processes.
• Deliver technical training, workshops and product presentations, and represent the company at events.
