Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. seeks a field-based, technically proficient specialist in pastry, bakery and chocolate applications to develop and commercialize B2B solutions for the gourmet artisan channel across the Italian regions Valle d’Aosta, Lombardia, Liguria and Piemonte.

The role bridges R&D, Marketing and Commercial teams and leads product development, trials and customer demonstrations.

Competenze

Proven experience in pastry, bakery, chocolate or cocoa-based ingredient applications within B2B food industry.
Solid understanding of industrial and semi-industrial production processes (mixing, dosing, tempering, baking, cooling, packaging).
Experience in technical customer support, application development or technical sales in food ingredients sector.
Strong ability in recipe formulation, product adaptation and process optimization.
Knowledge of ingredient functionality (fats, cocoa systems, emulsifiers, stabilizers).
Experience in managing customer trials and scale-up in production environments.

Mansioni

Develop and manage B2B customers within gourmet artisan channel via existing network.
Provide technical and application support on cocoa, chocolate, pastry and bakery ingredients.
Bridge between Chocolate Academy, Commercial, R&D and Marketing for product development and trials.
Support sales activities through customer visits, technical presentations, demos and trials.
Deliver technical training, workshops and product presentations; represent the company at trade fairs.
