AmbaFlex Spiral Conveyor Solutions is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Mechanic for the Verona area in Italy. You will independently perform service visits and troubleshooting at our clients in an international environment, handling preventive maintenance and repairs and resolving outages.

You will engage with Customer Service for planning and support, and assist with installation, commissioning and staff trainings for our machines.

Qualifikationen

• A background in engineering would be great, but technical skills are essential, combined with several years of experience!
• A positive mindset in combination with a service oriented spirit
• Fluency in Italian and English

Aufgaben

• Conduct service visits and troubleshooting at client sites in an international environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair visits, inspect outages and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Service for planning and feedback on visits.
• Assist with installation, commissioning and staff trainings on our machines.
• Travel extensively to customer sites internationally.

At this moment we are particularly looking for Mechanics in the Verona Area, located in Italy. As Field Service Maintenance Mechanic you are part of the Customer Service team. In this position you independently work on service visits and troubleshooting at our clients in an international environment. You are required to make (preventive) maintenance & repair visits and inspect and resolve outages. By closely working with Customer service regarding planning and feedback. You will also be involved in support at installation, commissioning, and trainings of staff for how to handle our machines. You will find our machines at almost all manufacturers of FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods like Heineken, Coca Cola, Unilever, etc.) and also at distribution centers for major e-commerce companies.
