Job summary

Veralto is seeking a Field Service Engineer who will install and maintain Videojet equipment at customer sites and provide training to customers. The role collaborates with Account Managers and our technical support team to ensure uninterrupted production and expand our contract base.

Training will be provided; you’ll travel across North Italy, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality service. A comprehensive onboarding plan starts you on the path to success within six months.

Qualifications

• Solid technical foundation in electronics and mechanics.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Field Service or hands-on technical service environment.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to handle service situations professionally.
• Willingness to travel extensively, mainly North Italy, with flexibility for overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Install Videojet products at customer sites and train customers.
• Provide ongoing care of our products at customer sites and support an expanding contracted base.
• Continuously build excellent customer relationships.
• Promote and support our contract portfolio to customers.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to offer best solutions (set up trials, support projects, site surveys).
• Diagnose customer problems before site visits through cloud-connected systems.
