KLA is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to support customers with current and future tools installed at customer sites. You will be trained at our centers and travel both domestically and internationally to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair highly complex capital equipment.

You will act as the face of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction and coordinating actions to minimize downtime. Candidates should hold an engineering degree (Doctorate/Master/Bachelor) or equivalent technical

Competenze

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Italian is highly desirable.
• Certified engineer or degree from advanced technical school or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and tackle problems in software, electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical and/or electro-optical systems.

Mansioni

• Trained at one of our training centers.
• Travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.
• Provide on-site service: update, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair highly complex capital equipment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain operational quality of system equipment.
• Coordinate actions with customers to minimize downtime.
• Assist Installation Engineers in problem resolution.
