Anton Paar Italia, a subsidiary of Anton Paar, develops, manufactures, and distributes high-precision laboratory instruments and provides automation solutions. The Field Service Engineer role covers repair, maintenance, calibration, and adjustments at customer sites within Italy, with travel as needed.

Based in Bergamo, the position requires a technical diploma, field service experience, and strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems.

Competenze

• Residence in Bergamo, Lombardy.
• Technical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Good command of English (minimum B1).
• Experience servicing scientific laboratory or process instrumentation is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Provide technical service at customer sites within the assigned territory, with occasional travel throughout Italy.
• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments to company procedures and quality standards.
• Manage personal spare parts inventory.
• Ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
• Use SAP/CRM systems to document and manage service activities.
