The Field Service Engineer role covers repair, maintenance, calibration, and adjustments at customer sites within Italy, with travel as needed.

Based in Bergamo, the position requires a technical diploma, field service experience, and strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems.

Competenze

• Residence in Bergamo, Lombardy.
• Technical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Good command of English (minimum B1).
• Experience servicing scientific laboratory or process instrumentation is advantageous.

Mansioni

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the repair, maintenance, calibration, and adjustment of Anton Paar Italia's Process instrumentation at customer sites.

Job Description

• Provide technical service and support at customer sites within the assigned territory, with occasional travel throughout the rest of Italy.
• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Manage personal spare parts inventory.
• Ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
• Use SAP/CRM systems to document and manage service activities.

Qualifications

• Residence in Bergamo, Lombardy.
• Technical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills in electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
• Previous experience providing technical service for scientific laboratory or process instrumentation is considered an advantage.
