Job summary
Eaton's Electrical division seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site support for Power Quality products (UPS, Emergency Lighting) in Italy, with assignments in Padova, Segrate, Milan, or Bologna. Expect 46,400–67,980 EUR gross per year, with potential for travel across Italy and some international engagements.
The role involves commissioning, maintenance, repairs, and customer-facing service, ensuring safety compliance and detailed reporting.
Qualifications
- Technical high school diploma or higher; PES/PAV/PEI qualifications are a plus.
- Min 3–5 years of on-site service experience; UPS and/or power electronics knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site technical services: commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage service interventions with customers.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement solutions to maximize equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
- Complete service reports and communicate findings to customers and stakeholders.
