Anton Paar Italia is seeking a Field Service Engineer to repair, maintain, calibrate, and adjust instruments at customer sites across the Piedmont region. You will manage spare parts inventory and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with good English and willingness to travel within Italy. SAP/CRM logging will be part of daily work.

Competenze

• Residence in the Piedmont region.
• Technical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills across electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Good command of English (minimum B1).
• Experience providing technical service for scientific laboratory or process instrumentation is advantageous.

Field Service Engineer

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the repair, maintenance, calibration, and adjustment of Anton Paar Italia instruments at customer sites.

Job Description

• Provide technical service and support at customer sites within the assigned territory, with occasional travel throughout the rest of Italy.
• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Manage personal spare parts inventory.
• Ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
• Use SAP/CRM systems to document and manage service activities.

Qualifications

• Residence in the Piedmont region.
• Technical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
