Zusammenfassung

Comecer is seeking a travelling technician to perform on-site service, maintenance, and calibration at customer premises. You will handle engineering issues remotely when needed and document results in the Fusion enterprise system, ensuring seamless service delivery.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience, an industrial diploma with mechanical/electrical emphasis, and strong English language skills. Occasional international travel is expected, with a permanent contract and a gross salary

Qualifikationen

• Five years industrial technical diploma with mechanical/electrical emphasis.
• Experience in service over the phone/remotely training courses are a plus.
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Handle technical service at the final customer's premises.
• Service, maintenance, repair, testing and calibration of equipment with minimal supervision.
• Report issues from the final customer and support requests from customers/partners.
• Perform service at customer sites per instructions from the Service planner and document results in internal systems.
• Receive service requests via switchboard, identify reference machine, and open tickets in FUSION.
• Travel domestically and internationally.
