Intuitive, a leader in robotic-assisted surgery, seeks a Field Service Engineer for Italy's Veneto region. You will install, support, and maintain Intuitive products, ensuring service agreements and warranties are fulfilled with excellent customer service to surgeons and hospital teams.

Candidates should have a science/engineering degree or 2–4 years of experience, fluent Italian and English, and willingness to travel up to 50% to support customers across the region.

Competenze

• University or college degree in science or technical engineering or equivalent, or 2–4 years of work experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Italian and English.
• Good interpersonal and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of Operating Room protocol preferred.
• Track record of solid relationships with surgeons and hospital staff preferred.
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, depending on account distribution and region.

Mansioni

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in the assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, software updates, and system recalls within designated timeframes.
• Coordinate system/hardware delivery and installation.
• Complete administrative duties (spares, field reports, expenses) timely.
• Maintain issued tools, assets, and company equipment in good condition.
• Support Sales with trade shows and provide hospital contacts as needed.
• Provide feedback to HQ and participate in process improvement projects.
• Complete required training on Intuitive products and university courses.
• Maintain territory, manage customer relationships, and support training/events.
• Assist with service contract renewals as required.
