Must Energy Group is seeking a field service technician in Sicily to repair energy storage systems and related equipment on-site across Italy. You will diagnose faults, replace components, and ensure rapid restoration of operation.

Responsibilities include on-site inspections, troubleshooting, documenting repair processes, and coordinating with the headquarters' technical team on complex issues. Basic English is preferred and a driving license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on repair skills including fault diagnosis and PCB replacement.
• Experience with inverters, energy storage systems, solar PV equipment, UPS.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair on-site, not remote.
• Basic English preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and hold a driving license.

Aufgaben

• Equipment Repair: Independently diagnose and repair faults in energy storage systems, inverters and related electrical equipment, including component replacement and equipment testing.
• On-site Maintenance: Perform on-site inspections, troubleshooting, disassembly, repair and replacement of faulty components.
• Fault Diagnosis: Use electrical testing tools and diagnostic methods to identify hardware and electrical faults and restore equipment to normal operation.
• Customer Service: Provide on-site technical support and repair services to customers across Italy, ensuring timely resolution of equipment failures.
• Technical Reporting: Document repair processes, fault causes and solutions, and coordinate with the headquarters' technical team on complex issues.
