A leading tech bank in Europe seeks a member for their Direct Representatives Team in Milan. As part of the role, you will promote financial services directly to clients while ensuring smooth merchant activation and ongoing support. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in business development and is fluent in English and Italian. You will need outstanding negotiation skills and a strong organizational mindset.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of financial products and services.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.

Mansioni

• Promote company services by visiting clients’ premises.
• Assist merchants with verification and activation processes.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance.
• Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers.
• Ensure new merchants complete registration.
