Indie Campers is seeking an Operations Manager to lead 2–3 depots and a fleet of 300–450 vehicles. This hands‑on, field‑based role reports to the District Manager and requires frequent travel between depots to ensure vehicles are prepared, staffed, and delivered on time.

You will coach Supervisors, manage labor and budget, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements across locations while upholding safety and SOP standards. Travel and weekend coverage are expected.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of hands‑on operations experience in mobility, rental, logistics or high‑volume service environments.
• 2–3 years of leading teams across multiple depots or locations.

Mansioni

• Lead 2–3 depots to meet service, productivity, quality and cost targets.
• Coach and develop Operations Supervisors and depot teams.
• Ensure vehicles are ready, safe, clean, and available for on‑time check‑ins/outs.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Manage labor, overtime, scheduling, and operating expenses within budget.
• Coordinate workforce coverage during peak seasons and across locations.
• Ensure SOPs, safety standards and compliance are followed.
• Resolve escalated issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Visit depots weekly and perform frontline shifts monthly.
