Indie Campers is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead the Reykjavik depot, overseeing daily Rental and Servicing operations while staying hands-on for 60–70% of time. You will drive efficiency, cost control, and an outstanding customer experience, reporting to the District Manager.

Relocation support is available, including a flight to Iceland. The role offers international exposure within a fast-scaling, global campervan company across Europe, North America, and Oceania, with

Competenze

• 7-10 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Strong hands-on operational mindset with the ability to step into daily depot activities whenever required.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.

Mansioni

• Own the end-to-end performance of the city depot across Rental and Servicing operations.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the local operational team, including shift planning, task allocation, and performance feedback.
• Be a culture setter and lead by example.
• Track daily KPIs and ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed.
• Monitor vehicle availability and proactively reduce downtime, including performing repairs when necessary.
• Manage depot costs, including consumables and rework prevention, while maintaining disciplined cost control.
