Job summary

Saipem cerca un Senior Specialist / Project Manager per guidare la sicurezza onsite durante l’esecuzione e contribuire al coordinamento in fase di progettazione. Sarà necessario allinearsi alle normative italiane e coordinare appaltatori, gestendo PSC e costi di sicurezza per ridurre i rischi.

Il ruolo prevede esposizione su più cantieri in Italia, collaborazione con progettisti e team per assicurare la sicurezza e la conformità, oltre al supporto alla gestione delle attività e al flusso

Qualifications

• Master o Laurea in Ingegneria, Architettura o diploma di geometra.
• Certificato 120 ore di Safety Coordinator valido.
• Certificazione di aggiornamento di 40 ore quiniennale (Art. 98 D.Lgs 81/2008).
• 3 anni di esperienza come Safety Coordinator durante la fase di Execution in impianti Oil & Gas e oleodotti.

Responsibilities

• Guidare la sicurezza sul campo durante l’esecuzione e coordinare i contrattisti.
• Gestire PSC e Health & Safety File durante lo sviluppo del progetto.
• Verificare l’adesione dei contrattisti alle disposizioni PSC e OPS.
• Definire durate delle fasi di lavoro e predisporre diagrammi di Gantt.
• Preparare costi di sicurezza dettagliati non soggetti a sconti di tender.
• Collaborare con progettisti per allineare decisioni ai principi di protezione della salute.

Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As Safety Coordinator at Saipem, you will drive health and safety on-site during execution and contribute to design-phase safety coordination. You will align with Italian safety regulations, coordinate contractors, and manage Safety Plans and cost estimates to minimize risks. The role offers cross-site exposure in Italy, enhancing safe execution of complex projects and supporting Saipem's safety culture and energy transition goals.

• Ensure compliance with Italian Decreto 81/2008 Article 92 obligations and promote cooperation among contractors and subcontractors.
• Facilitate effective on-site coordination and information flow among all parties.
• Review and update the Safety and Coordination Plan (PSC) and Health and Safety File as works progress.
• Assess the need to update PSC in case of changes and estimate related safety costs.
• Verify contractors' adherence to PSC provisions and OPS alignment.
• Coordinate on-site activities to prevent interference and overlapping risks between contractors.
• Prepare PSC during the design phase (CSP) and assess risks from concurrent activities with preventive measures.
• Create the Health and Safety File for future maintenance.
• Collaborate with designers to align decisions with health protection principles.
• Define work phase durations and prepare Gantt charts for sequencing.
• Prepare a detailed safety cost estimate not subject to tender discounts.
• Master's/Bachelor in Engineering, Architecture, or a surveyor diploma
• Valid 120-hour Safety Coordinator training certificate
• Valid 40-hour five-year refresher training certificate (Art. 98 D.Lgs 81/2008)
• 3 years' experience as Safety Coordinator during Execution Phase in Oil & Gas plants and pipelines
• Native Italian with good English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Project and AutoCAD; strong Office suite skills
