Job summary

Aira is seeking a Sales Method Trainer to lead and support training and development for internal and regional sales staff across Italy, ensuring new and existing Sales Experts deliver a WOW customer experience.

The role is field-based with regular travel across Northern and Central Italy, reporting to the Group Head of Aira Sales Model. You will design onboarding, classroom training, and ongoing coaching, while fostering a high-energy, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in B2C sales.
• Experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach or Team Leader.
• Experience in onboarding, training and coaching sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer journey and performance KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Aira Sales Method onboarding program for new workforce.
• Lead classroom training in the Aira Sales Method.
• Create training plans for new Sales Experts and ensure follow-up.
• Create training plans for non-performing employees with Team Leaders and ensure follow-up.
• Lead and develop continuous training for Senior Sales Experts to reduce turnover.
