Job summary

Aira is seeking a Sales Method trainer to lead and develop training and development for internal and external workforce, ensuring Sales Experts achieve top results and deliver a WOW customer experience. The role is field-based with regular travel across Northern and Central Italy and reports to the Group Head of Aira Sales Model, a global function.

It combines classroom training in the office with extensive in-field coaching, shadowing, and trials of new ideas to continuously improve the Aira

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in B2C sales
• Experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach or Team Leader
• Experience in onboarding, training and coaching sales teams
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer journey and KPIs
• Basic knowledge of heating and hydraulic systems
• Excellent communication, presentation and coaching skills
• Fluent Italian, good English and willingness to travel across Italy

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Aira Sales Method training program for the new workforce
• Lead classroom training in the Aira Sales Method
• Create training plans for new Sales Experts and ensure follow-up
• Create training plans for non-performing employees with Team Leaders
• Lead and develop continuous training for Senior Sales Experts to reduce turnover
• Shadow and coach new workforce
• Coach Team Leaders within sales leadership/coaching
• Support in-field trials and continuous improvement of the Sales Method
