MSX International seeks an Automotive Technical Delegate / Flying Doctor to support dealerships and repairers with complex vehicle issues. You will serve as the escalation point, diagnosing electrical and drivability faults on-site and remotely, using OEM tools like wiTECH and DiagBOX and delivering first-time-right repairs.

Fluency in English is required; other European languages are a plus. This field-based, full-time role offers a competitive salary range and opportunities to contribute to

Competenze

• Experience in automotive diagnostics and field service.
• Ability to diagnose complex electrical/electronic faults.
• Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience supporting workshops or engineering teams.
• Field-based or multi-site support is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site and remote diagnostics support to dealerships and repairers.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical/electronic faults.
• Use OEM tools (wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization.
• Identify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Create technical reports and case updates.
• Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance.
• Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement.
