MSX is seeking an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers with complex vehicle issues.

You’ll be the escalation point when others can’t fix it — helping reduce downtime and deliver first-time-right repairs.

Responsibilities include on-site and remote support, diagnosing faults, using wiTECH and DiagBOX, and coaching technicians across fleets.

Competenze

• Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service.
• Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults.
• Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools.
• Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams.
• Ability to support and guide technicians.
• Preferred: field-based or multi-site support with OEM/importer background.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service
• Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults
• Hands‑on use of OEM diagnostic tools
• Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams
• Ability to support and guide technicians
• Preferred: experience in field‑based or multi‑site support, multi‑brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support background

Technical knowledge

• Modern vehicle systems: powertrain, ADAS, body electronics
• Networks: CAN / LIN / FlexRay
• Diagnostic methods: root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashing

Language

• Working proficiency in English required (written and spoken)
• Additional European languages are a plus
