Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or final-year students pursuing relevant bachelor’s degrees.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in italiano (C1+) and English (B2+) for client communication.
• Self-motivated with enthusiasm for learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for customers during POC or after-sales inquiries.
• Track, maintain and resolve incidents and provide reports to customers.
• Install devices and integrate them into customer environments.
• Deliver technical training for partners and/or customers.
• Escalate issues to RND to resolve product problems.
• Create technical documentation for projects and internal knowledge bases.
• Engage in domestic and international projects.
