IC Resources is seeking a Field Application Engineer based in Milan to act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping bring cutting-edge power electronics designs to life. The role combines pre- and post-sales support, design reviews, schematic analysis, and product demonstrations, with close collaboration across business development, R&D, and distribution partners.

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role combining pre- and post-sales technical support, design reviews, schematic analysis, product demonstrations, and close collaboration with business development, R&D teams, and distribution partners.

Based onsite in Milan with 30–50% travel, you'll need a degree in Electrical Engineering, at least three years' experience in analog or power electronics design or applications, and strong communication skills in both English and Italian. Experience within the automotive sector would be a distinct advantage.
