Coopersurgical in Italy seeks a high-performing field sales professional to drive the fertility portfolio across the territory, building durable customer partnerships and delivering above-market growth.

You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions, stay compliant, and use market insights to shape sales tactics while managing tenders, campaigns, and local marketing activities. Travel approx. 80% is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or Science with 4+ years of medical device sales.
• Proven ability to drive field sales in fertility/medical devices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and tenders.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and comply with SOX requirements.

Mansioni

• Drive field sales for the fertility portfolio across Italy and exceed quarterly targets.
• Develop and close commercial proposals, standing orders, and contracts; manage tenders.
• Coordinate local marketing activities aligned with ROI-focused promotions.
• Maintain CRM reporting and provide regular sales analyses using PowerBI.
• Build deep customer relationships and identify opportunities for consumables, equipment, and genomics.
