Coopersurgical seeks an experienced Field Sales Manager to drive growth of the Fertility portfolio across Italy. You will build strong customer partnerships, tailor solutions with cross-functional teams, ensure SOX compliance, and expand the customer base with consumables, Genomics, equipment, and service offerings.

This role influences fertility care access and outcomes through strategic account leadership.

Competenze

4+ years of medical device sales or equivalent field sales experience.
Willingness to travel ~80% within Italy and manage a full portfolio.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or Science.
PowerBI experience and CRM proficiency; MS Office skills.
Knowledge of reproductive medicine is an advantage.
Proven ability to develop and close commercial proposals, stand-up orders, and contracts.

Drive sales growth for CooperSurgical Fertility portfolio in Italy and exceed quarterly targets.
Develop and close commercial proposals, standing orders, and contracts; manage tenders and market opportunities.
Coordinate local marketing activities aligned with corporate strategy and ROI-focused promotions.
Maintain accurate CRM reporting and provide regular sales analyses using PowerBI.
Build deep customer relationships with all stakeholders and understand needs to enhance value proposition.
Proactively share market data and feedback insights for strategy.
Travel approximately 80% to meet customers and opportunities.
Collaborate with Equipment, Genetics, Marketing, Regulatory, and Finance teams to deliver superior service.
