Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on IT systems, cloud services, and troubleshooting.
• Security clearance required (Secret) and US citizenship preferred.
• Certifications such as Security+ or higher (CISSP, CASP) are a plus.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Incident Management: respond to customer tickets and incidents for cloud services.
• Problem Diagnosis: analyze configurations, logs, and metrics to identify root causes.
• Technical Guidance: provide expert guidance on best practices, configurations and troubleshooting.
• Case Management: manage support cases through lifecycle with clear communication.
• Escalation Management: escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management and other teams to deliver solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge bases; mentor junior engineers.
