Job summary

Hitachi Energy Italy S.P.A. in Monselice, Padova, Italy, seeks a Factory Training Specialist to develop and implement the factory training ecosystem aligned with HUB strategy, lead the Operations Training Center (OTC) concept in the factory for direct workforce using Structured-On-The-Job methodologies via Hitachi LMS.

You will manage trainers, design and deliver high quality training programs, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with factory leadership to build a lean, continuously improving training

Qualifications

• Degree in Education, Psychology, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training management or technical instruction.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Experience with LMS and data analysis (PowerBI, Excel).
• Strategic thinker aligning training with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the factory training strategy and roadmap aligned with HUB directives and factory requirements.
• Gather input from stakeholders and conduct needs analyses to prioritise initiatives.
• Establish governance for effective training organization and compliance.
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate training impact.
• Support design, development and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Manage resources, personnel and budgets for efficient delivery.
• Utilise LMS and tools to support training management, tracking and reporting.
• Build relationships with factory leadership and HUB training teams.
• Regularly evaluate programs and processes for improvements.
• Implement communications to raise awareness and engagement.
• Lead and develop the factory training team, promoting accountability and growth.
