Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A. in Monselice, Padova, Italy seeks a Factory Training Specialist to shape and run the factory training ecosystem aligned with HUB strategy.

You will lead the OTC concept for direct workforce using Structured-On-The-Job methods and our LMS to deliver high-quality programs. You will manage local trainers, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement with a lean mindset, collaborating with factory leadership and HUB teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training management or technical instruction.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with LMS and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement factory training strategy aligned with HUB directives.
• Lead the Operations Training Center (OTC) in the factory.
• Manage trainers and ensure high-quality training standards.
• Utilize LMS to track, report, and optimize training programs.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives in training.
