Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.a. is seeking a Factory Training Specialist to develop and lead the factory training ecosystem, aligning with HUB directives and managing the OTC concept for direct workforce using Hitachi’s LMS.

You will oversee trainers, design programs, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement with a lean mindset while coordinating with factory leadership and the HUB training team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Education, Psychology, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training management or technical instruction.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the factory training strategy and roadmap aligned with HUB directives.
• Gather stakeholder input and conduct needs analysis for training initiatives.
• Establish governance structures for training organization and compliance.
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support design, development and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Manage resources, personnel and budgets for efficient program delivery.
• Leverage LMS and reporting tools to support training management.
• Build relationships with factory leadership and HUB training team.
• Lead and develop the factory training team; drive accountability and growth.
