Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Factory Training Specialist in the Veneto/Monselice area to develop and implement the factory training ecosystem. You will lead the OTC concept for direct workforce using Structured-On-The-Job training and Hitachi LMS, while managing local trainers to maintain high training standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training management or technical instruction.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Manufacturing environment experience in a fast-paced, matrixed setting.
• Expertise in LMS and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the factory training strategy and roadmap aligned with HUB directives and production needs.
• Gather stakeholder input and conduct needs analysis to prioritize training initiatives.
• Establish governance structures for effective training organization and compliance.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure training effectiveness and impact.
• Support design, development, and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Manage resources, personnel, and budgets for efficient program delivery.
• Leverage the LMS and tools to support training management, tracking, and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with factory leadership and HUB training team.
• Regularly evaluate training programs and processes for continuous improvement.
• Implement communication strategies to raise awareness and engagement.
• Lead and develop the factory training team, fostering accountability and growth.
