H. Essers Italia is seeking a Training and Competence Coordinator to oversee education and training for operators, assistants and foremen in the warehouse, ensuring quality and safety for customers.

You will define expectations, keep work instructions current and guarantee operator competencies. You will manage training records and reporting in Workday or a similar LMS, map development needs, and act as a 5S ambassador on the shop floor while reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training, learning & development, logistics or warehouse operations.

Mansioni

• Coordinate education and training for operators, assistant foremen and foremen in the warehouse.
• Update and maintain work instructions for warehouse activities.
• Administratively process all training courses and map training needs.
• Check shop floor to guarantee operator competency as a 5S ambassador.
• Report to the Warehouse Manager.
