Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati in Milan is seeking a Building Management Intern in the General Services function to assist with contracts, maintenance coordination and documentation management for the Milan office.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or Architecture, knowledge of plant engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), familiarity with safety regulations, and good skills in Office and Autocad; you should be organized, proactive and ready to support multiple company functions.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture is required or in progress.
• Knowledge of plant engineering and technical maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and laws related to building management.
• Good knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Autocad.
• Good organizational and priority management skills.
• Problem solving and proactivity are essential.

Role and activities

The selected person, inserted in the General Services function, will be responsible for the following activities:

• Monitoring of contracts and the status of buildings
• Support for the coordination of maintenance activities and management of user reports
• Support in verifying the constant compliance with safety regulations
• Cataloguing, archiving and management of all documentation relating to the property, both paper and digital
• Other possible activities according to the needs of the various company functions.

• The internship is remunerated with a monthly allowance of €800
