Lufthansa Technik is seeking a proactive Facility and Compliance Manager in Italy to ensure efficient facility operations and project delivery while maintaining aviation compliance with standards and regulations.

The role requires managing a team, coordinating with airport authorities, and overseeing expansion projects. Fluency in English and Italian is essential, with MS Office and AMOS proficiency strongly preferred.

We are seeking a proactive and structured Facility and Compliance Manager to ensure efficient facility operations, project delivery, and compliance with applicable regulations and aviation standards.

Tasks

• Lead and manage a team with direct reporting to the Managing Director
• Responsible for facility management, including infrastructure, space planning, and coordination with airport authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Oversee expansion and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with applicable aviation regulations, standards,and company requirements. Coordinate activities with Headquarters,supervise local projects,and manage related assets and facility
• Leads special projects, supports development and ensures discipline.Plans tasks,allocates resources,and monitors project timelines
• Manages company compliance topics, including training, reporting, whistleblowing, and participation in Supervisory Board (Law 231).Ensure compliance with applicable requirements and coordinate reporting to HQ

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma required. University degree and/or Master’s degree desirable. Fluent in English and Italian required. Other languages are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Expert computer proficiency required, including MS Office and AMOS.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the aeronautical sector required.
• Stress management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging situations.
