We are seeking an experienced and proactive Program Manager to join our Aircraft Programs team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex aerospace programs from contract award through final delivery, ensuring the achievement of technical, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Acting as the primary interface between the company, customers, suppliers, and strategic partners, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive program execution, manage risks and opportunities, and ensure compliance with contractual commitments throughout the entire program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead assigned programs throughout their lifecycle, ensuring achievement of contractual, technical, schedule, cost and profitability objectives.
- Develop and execute Program Management Plans in line with contractual commitments and company objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, partners and key stakeholders on all program-related matters.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution across all program activities.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, milestones, risks and performance, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives when required.
- Oversee supplier performance and critical development activities to ensure compliance with program requirements and delivery commitments.
- Lead program reviews, customer reviews and reporting activities, while supporting proposals, commercial campaigns and contract negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering Management, or Contract Management within the aerospace industry or other highly regulated industrial sectors.
- Experience managing complex programs in cross-functional and international environments.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams within a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication and decision-making skills.
- Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- PMI (PMP) or equivalent Program/Project Management certification is considered an asset.

Compensation
- Gross Annual Salary: ranging from €40,000 to 45,000 depending on experience and skills.
