Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone is seeking a Fabrication Analyst to upload actual man-hours and manage reporting for fabrication efficiency, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

You will report to the OPEX Manager and work on-site at the Monfalcone site under a temporary contract, performing daily hour verification, adjusting plans with Manufacturing Engineers, and maintaining the Production Gantt Chart.

Competenze

• High school diploma.
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, validation and organization).

Mansioni

• Fill in and verify daily reports regarding actual man-hours.
• Verify that planned hours align with actual hours worked.
• Propose man-hour adjustments to Manufacturing Engineers.
• Produce and update the Working Progress Plan (Production Gantt Chart) for all fabrication activities.

About the role:

As a Fabrication Analyst you will be responsible for uploading actual man-hours and managing reporting activities related to fabrication efficiency to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and delivery.

You will report to the OPEX Manager and be located in Monfalcone site with a temporary employment contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Fill in and verify daily reports regarding actual man-hours;

Verify that planned hours align with actual hours worked;

Propose man-hour adjustments to Manufacturing Engineers;

Produce and update the Working Progress Plan (Production Gantt Chart) for all fabrication activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma;
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, validation and organization);

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €28.500 to €31.750.
