Westinghouse Electric Company in Monfalcone is seeking a Fabrication Analyst to manage actual man-hours reporting and fabrication efficiency to uphold safety, quality, and delivery standards.

You will report to the OPEX Manager and work on-site at the Monfalcone site, contributing to daily reporting, hourly alignment, and production scheduling.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Intermediate Excel for data cleaning, validation and organization.
• English knowledge at least A2 level.

Mansioni

• Fill in and verify daily reports regarding actual man-hours.
• Verify that planned hours align with actual hours worked.
• Propose man-hour adjustments to Manufacturing Engineers.
• Produce and update the Working Progress Plan (Production Gantt Chart) for all fabrication activities.

About The Role

As a Fabrication Analyst you will be responsible for uploading actual man-hours and managing reporting activities related to fabrication efficiency to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and delivery.

You will report to the OPEX Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill in and verify daily reports regarding actual man-hours;
• Verify that planned hours align with actual hours worked;
• Propose man-hour adjustments to Manufacturing Engineers;
• Produce and update the Working Progress Plan (Production Gantt Chart) for all fabrication activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma;
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, validation and organization);
• Knowledge English languages (min. A2 level).

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €28.500 to €31.750.
