Westinghouse Electric Company in Monfalcone, Italy seeks a Fabrication Analyst to upload actual man-hours and manage reporting for fabrication efficiency. You will report to the OPEX Manager and be based at the Monfalcone site.

Responsibilities include daily hour reporting, aligning planned vs actual hours, proposing adjustments, and maintaining the Production Gantt Chart for fabrication activities. Italy-based role with growth opportunities.

Competenze

• High school diploma.
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, validation and organization).
• Knowledge English languages (min. A2 level).

Mansioni

About The Role

As a Fabrication Analyst you will be responsible for uploading actual man-hours and managing reporting activities related to fabrication efficiency to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and delivery.

You will report to the OPEX Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill in and verify daily reports regarding actual man-hours;
• Verify that planned hours align with actual hours worked;
• Propose man-hour adjustments to Manufacturing Engineers;
• Produce and update the Working Progress Plan (Production Gantt Chart) for all fabrication activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma;
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, validation and organization);
• Knowledge English languages (min. A2 level).

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €28.500 to €31.750.
