Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of service procedures across hotel outlets
• Maintain knowledge of table numbers, seating, and dress code
• Know wine/champagne by the glass and main wines
• Assist with opening duties and proper glassware setup
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with a smile
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas
