Job summary

The Social Hub is hiring an F&B Intern to welcome guests, service in our restaurant and bars, and share local tips to make every stay memorable. You’ll learn about our products and cross-sell where appropriate, becoming the go-to person for guest experiences.

You will be part of a dynamic, international team in a hybrid hospitality concept, with on-the-job coaching and monthly compensation for your internship. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with the EU student status as a baseline.

Qualifications

• EU student enrolled in a university.
• Studying a relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
• Ability to take responsibility, work independently and stay motivated.

Responsibilities

• You make sure everyone gets a warm welcome as soon as they walk in.
• You help stretch F&B skills by preparing and serving local dishes.
• Barista tasks: brew coffee and mix signature cocktails.
• Answer guests’ questions as a city concierge and share local tips.
• Keep areas clean and ready for the next shift.
• Assist guests with requests regarding facilities and learn new tech skills.
