DoubleJ S.r.l., a Milan-based lifestyle brand, is seeking an Export & Logistics Specialist to join our global export and logistics team. You will report to the Logistics Manager, bringing operational acumen and a meticulous approach to coordinating shipments for luxury products.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in export/logistics, strong multitasking abilities, and fluency in English with Italian as a welcome skill.

• Proficiency in English; Italian language fluency preferred.

Mansioni

• Handle B2B shipments and accompany paperwork (invoices, delivery notes, customs).
• Maintain client database with shipping requirements and contacts.
• Prepare picking lists and coordinate with warehouse per client instructions.
• Monitor orders, track shipments, and manage returns and credit notes.
• Support stock updates and ATS communications with clients.
• Process swaps from order to invoice and manage daily customer service tasks.
• Arrange packaging and all materials for shipments; issue proforma where needed.

Our Milan-based lifestyle brand is seeking an Export & Logistics Specialist to become a fundamental member of our global export and logistics team. Ideal candidates will bring operational expertise, genuine positive energy, and strong organizational skills to the team.

This individual will report to the Logistics Manager and will be their support system and key partner, bringing operational acumen and strong attention to detail.

Experience working within a fast-paced growth-oriented company on the international stage and an understanding of luxury lifestyle brands are musts.

What you'll do:

• B2B shipments and accompanying paperwork (invoice, delivery note, customs bill, return, credit note, importation)
• Client database maintenance regarding shipping requirements and contacts
• Allocations and sending picking list to the warehouse according to B2B client instructions
• Monitoring orders’ pick up and tracking shipments
• Credit recovery and balance payment
• Updating stock and sending ATS to clients
• Clients Swaps from order to invoice
• Daily Customer service activities
• Sending and returning goods from and to our Office/Pop up/ Events/Shooting
• Organizing all merchandise movements making the correspondent paperwork (proforma, delivery notes, Air waybill)
• Sending manual picking lists to the warehouse to meet our offices needs
• Placing packaging orders and all the material necessary to arrange shipments

• Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office/Stealth Go/PLM management systems)
