Job summary

MENARINI Group in Florence (FI) is seeking a Sales and Distribution Associate to support the logistics and distribution department of Codifi, the operational hub that connects MENARINI’s industry, distribution network and healthcare market.

The role is based in Florence and offered as a fixed-term contract. Ideal candidates have 0–3 years’ experience, strong English skills, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma in accounting or foreign languages combined with a degree in international economics or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience; entry-level to junior profiles are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team.
• Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Dynamic, highly motivated, detail-oriented and proactive with strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export operations, ensuring accurate execution and seamless international shipments.
• Handle invoicing and trade compliance, applying international invoicing protocols and incoterms.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and professional email for daily reporting and operational administration.
• Act as primary operational liaison for international customers, company branches, banks, customs offices, distribution hubs and internal departments.
