We are seeking a Project Manager with IT implementation expertise to join our team in Milan, working on strategic, business and technology transformation initiatives with direct exposure to senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, IT consulting or enterprise system implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, POS, PLM or WMS implementations.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager with IT implementation expertise to join our team in Milan.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will join our team and work alongside our team and client stakeholders on strategic, business and technology transformation initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating IT implementation projects (ERP, POS, PLM, WMS and other enterprise systems), from requirements analysis through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Managing project scope, planning, timelines, budget and resources, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Working with business and IT stakeholders to analyze, document and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, system integrators and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyzing existing processes, configurations and workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting functional analysis and gap analysis between current processes, system capabilities and target solutions.
• Planning and overseeing functional and integration tests, including test scenarios, UAT support and defect management.
• Supporting cutover planning and execution, including coordination of activities, dependencies, readiness checks and go-live activities.
• Supporting data migration activities, including planning, coordination, data validation and reconciliation between legacy and target systems.
• Supporting change management and training activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training needs analysis, training material preparation and user adoption activities.
• Supporting the preparation of functional specifications, process documentation, user requirements and client deliverables.
• Working with clients to understand business needs and contribute to the definition of practical, technology-enabled solutions.
• Managing project governance activities, including Steering Committees, workshops and project meetings.
• Monitoring project risks and issues, defining mitigation actions and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
• Contributing to the development of TNP's Project Management and IT implementation expertise and offering.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, IT consulting or enterprise system implementation projects.
• Hands‑on experience with the implementation of enterprise systems such as ERP, POS, PLM or WMS.
• Ability to navigate and understand system functionalities, configurations and end‑to‑end business processes.
• Good knowledge of business processes, ideally across areas such as operations, supply chain, logistics, retail, manufacturing or related supporting processes.
• Experience in requirements analysis, functional analysis and process mapping.
• Experience working with both business and IT stakeholders, including vendors and system integrators.
• Familiarity with change management and user training activities within IT transformation or implementation projects.
• Familiarity with cutover planning and execution, as well as data migration activities in IT implementation projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and related tools.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent Italian and English.
