Mind The Value cerca un SAP Project Manager per supportare progetti di trasformazione digitale e implementazione ERP in un contesto internazionale. La sede è a Milano e il ruolo prevede responsabilità di gestione progetti, analisi dei processi e supporto alle soluzioni ERP.

Il candidato ideale possiede almeno 5 anni di esperienza con SAP, laurea magistrale e ottima conoscenza di processi di business, Inglese e Italiano fluenti, nonché abilità di teamwork e iniziativa.

Competenze

• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza con SAP.
• Precedente esperienza di minimo 4 anni di project management nell'area IT.
• Esperienza nella gestione di progetti di implementazione e rollout.
• La laurea magistrale in una delle seguenti discipline: Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, Economics.
• Ottima conoscenza dei processi di business.
• Buone competenze in Inglese e Italiano.
• Ottima conoscenza di MS Office.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP
• Previous experience of minimum 4 years of project management in the IT area
• Background in managing implementation and roll-out projects
• You have a master's degree in one of the following faculties: Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, Economics
• Strong knowledge of Business Processes
• Strong interest in Technology and Industry 4.0
• Speak and write English fluently
• Speak and write Italian fluently
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Desire to become a part of a growing environment

• Team player
• Experience with BTP will be considered a plus

• Project management activities;

• Organisation and execution of operational meetings;
• Design of operational procedures;
• Process optimisation support;
• Analysis of ERP solutions;
• Supporting the configuration of ERP solutions;
• Functional and technical analyst activities;
• Process design and implementation activities;
• Supporting business development;
• Training company personnel

Expected Salary Range

€45,000-€50,000 gross annual salary, based on experience, technical expertise, autonomy, and responsibilities.
