Mind The Value, a Milan-based international consulting firm, is seeking a SAP Project Manager to join our team and drive SAP projects for diverse clients.

You will manage project activities, analyze business processes, organize meetings, and support ERP solution design and configuration in an international, cross‑process environment. Fluent English and Italian, a Master’s degree, and a passion for tech and Industry 4.0 are required.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP.
• Minimum 4 years of project management in IT.
• Background in managing implementation and roll-out projects.
• Master’s degree in Management/Economic/Engineering disciplines as listed.
• Strong knowledge of Business Processes.
• Strong interest in Technology and Industry 4.0.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and growth mindset.
• Desire to work in a growing environment and share innovative solutions.
• Team player; experience with BTP is a plus.
• Proactive and enjoy daily new challenges.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP
• Previous experience of minimum 4 years of project management in the IT area
• Background in managing implementation and roll‑out projects
• You have a master’s degree in one of the following faculties: Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, Economics
• Strong knowledge of Business Processes
• Strong interest in Technology and Industry 4.0
• Speak and write English fluently
• Speak and write Italian fluently
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Desire to become a part of a growing environment
• You love to find and to share innovative solutions
• Team player
• Experience with BTP will be considered a plus

Expected Salary Range €45,000–€50,000 gross annual salary, based on experience, technical expertise, autonomy, and responsibilities.
