The Hoxton Rome, part of the Ennismore family, is seeking a passionate bartender to craft cocktails, serve guests, and create memorable hospitality experiences. You’ll work in a vibrant, open-house hotel setting that blends dining, bars, and social spaces with a local Italian flair.

The Hoxton Rome is our 10th Hoxton and boasts 192 bedrooms to suit any kind of stay. Enjoy a fresh pastry at Cugino, our relaxed café where you can soak up those Italian rays. Or drop into Elio, a restaurant designed to express the flavours, ingredients, energy and joyous hospitality of long and boozy meals with friends on holiday.

The Apartment or L’appartamento as we say locally, is our unique meetings & events space concept, consisting of 5 rooms connecting to our communal kitchen area.

Job Description

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where our Guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
• Know your product & systems inside out.
• Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service.

Qualifications

• Previous bar tending and particularly cocktail making experience.
• A natural people person – you’re confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests.
