BB&E Consulting Engineers and Professionals seeks an Expeditionary Project Manager to support NAVFAC EURAFCENT at NSA Naples, Capodichino, Italy, with expansion across the EURAFCENT theater. You will lead project governance, cost estimation, scheduling, and contractor coordination to deliver complex federal facilities programs.

The role requires 5+ years in architectural/engineering facilities design, DoD knowledge, and readiness to relocate to Naples with travel across EUCOM, AFRICOM, and

Competenze

• Minimum five years of professional architectural or engineering facilities design experience.
• Experience on facilities projects or Capital Improvement projects for a Federal Agency.
• Registration as a Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) desirable.
• Knowledge of DoD and Navy guide specifications, NAVFAC criteria and policy, and NAVFAC eCMS.
• Willingness to relocate to Naples, Italy and travel across the EURAFCENT theater.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Mansioni

• Provide independent architectural and engineering support for planning, design, and maintenance of facilities.
• Manage project governance, scheduling, cost estimating, and funds management through closeout.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and contractor compliance with documents and safety requirements.
• Draft responses to RFI for Government approval to resolve contract questions.
• Oversee project schedule, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions to the COR.
• Develop accurate cost estimates for project phases and changes.
• Review contractor proposals to support fair negotiations and change resolution.
• Verify commissioning activities and ensure documentation and acceptance.
• Coordinate communications among stakeholders including the Construction Contractor, COR, and supported commands.
