BB&E is seeking an Expeditionary Project Manager to support NAVFAC EURAFCENT at NSA Naples, Italy, with expanded involvement across the EURAFCENT theater. The role requires federal facilities experience, DoD knowledge, and willingness to relocate to Naples, with travel across the EURAFCENT area.

The successful candidate will manage project governance, scheduling, cost estimation, RFIs, and site inspections, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver facilities projects for federal commands.

Competenze

• Minimum five years of professional architectural or engineering facilities design experience
• At least one year on facilities projects or Capital Improvement projects for a Federal Agency
• Registration as RA or PE desirable
• Knowledge of DoD Navy guides and NAVFAC systems (eCMS)
• Willingness to relocate to Naples, Italy and travel across EURAFCENT theater

Mansioni

• Provide independent architectural/engineering support for planning, design, construction, repair and maintenance of facilities
• Manage project governance, planning, design management, QA, cost estimating, scheduling, funds management
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and compliance with contract documents
• Manage submittal process and respond to RFIs for government approval
• Develop project schedules, identify delays and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare cost estimates and evaluate contractor proposals
• Review payment requests and ensure proper invoicing
