BB&E is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead the BAH Rebuild program supporting NAVFAC EURAFCENT at NSA Naples, Italy, with periodic travel to NSA Bahrain. You will manage pre- and post-award activities across MILCON, SRM, and special projects, reporting to NAVFAC EAC Operations.

You will oversee design packages, RFP requirements, and resource allocation, while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure funding, schedules, and quality targets are met. This role requires U.S.

Competenze

• Minimum five (5) years of technical and practical experience as a degreed Engineer or Architect on DoD or similar government projects.
• Must possess a degree in Engineering or Architecture with hands-on planning, design, and construction experience.

Mansioni

• Support the ROICC in pre- and post-award management of MILCON, SRM, and special projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary staff supporting Bahrain reconstruction efforts.
• Oversee development of design packages and RFP technical requirements.
• Manage the branch Resource Allocation Plan and workload distribution.
• Provide engineering consultations and QA for technical submissions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements, funding, and schedules are documented and met.
• Track progress and report weekly to Operations; identify and resolve barriers to execution.
