Job summary

Gala Precision Engineering seeks an order coordination specialist to work across PPC, Production and Stores to ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries. You will handle customer schedules and dispatch coordination, and draft clear emails to stakeholders.

You will maintain MIS and trackers, providing consistent updates on order status and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve pending actions for timely closures.

Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP S4 HANA and MIS reporting.
• Excel and MIS reporting skills are required.
• Handle customer schedules and dispatch coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PPC, Production and Stores for orders and timely deliveries.
• Address customer development requirements and pending actions with CFT for timely closure.
• Maintain MIS, open-order/dispatch trackers, and ensure regular communication on order status.
