AIRE SOS, the Italian subsidiary of a global group, seeks a Managing Director to lead the Italian business with strategic, commercial, and operational accountability for sustainable growth.

The role requires proven leadership in manufacturing, a track record of managing a full P&L, and university degrees in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration. Travel domestically and internationally is expected. Fluency in English is required.

• Define local business strategy and monitor performance against corporate objectives.
• Lead and develop the local organization to achieve revenue and EBIT targets.
• Manage and further develop the commercial organization, including talent development and key contractual negotiations.
• Drive sales and marketing strategies to generate new business, expand the customer base, and develop new markets.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Act as the primary interface between the local business and Group management, providing market intelligence and strategic insight.
